Appointment Policies

All Appointments require a valid credit card on file. An appointment will not be booked if a card is not given to be held in our system.

Appointment Policies

No Show for Scheduled In-Office Appointment

  • The client will be charged a total of $50 on the stored credit card given at appointment booking.
  • No service will be performed unless the fee is paid.
  • No exceptions.

Appointment Late Arrival

  • Patients who arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment may have their appointment moved, rescheduled, or canceled due to scheduling restrictions and the appointments of our other clients.

Late Cancel for Scheduled Appointment

  • Late Cancel is defined as a cancellation 24 hours or less from the scheduled appointment time.
  • The client will be charged $50 on the stored credit card given at the appointment booking.
  • No service will be performed unless the fee is paid.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations before 24 hours of appointment date and time will carry a $50 fee.
  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to charge the card on file for this fee at any time.
  • Multiple cancellations may result in the patient being responsible for the procedure paid in full prior to rebooking or complete ban.
  • Excessive amounts of rescheduling will result in dismissal from the practice, even if done with more than 24 hours' notice.

Follow-up Appointments

  • Clients can request a follow-up appointment only if they have previously completed a normal service appointment.
  • Follow-up appointments will require a $35 service fee, and additional product charges or service charges may be added.
  • All follow-up appointments must be scheduled.
  • Walk-in follow-up appointments will not be accepted.
  • Follow up appointments for wrinkle relaxer & filler cannot be scheduled until 2 weeks post appointment and will not be booked if more than 4 weeks have passed since first appointment.

Deposits and Prepayment Policy

  • Many services require a 50% deposit before the procedure can be booked, please inquire with the team at booking.
  • Any deposits or prepayments made are non-refundable and cannot be used at a future date.
  • If you cancel your appointment, do not show for an appointment, or show up late for an appointment, you are forfeiting your complete deposit or prepayment.
  • Your deposit will be used towards your final invoice.
  • Deposits cannot be paid with a gift card. Deposits must be paid with credit card or cash where applicable.

Payment Policies

Financing

  • Financing options are available through Care Credit and Cherry, terms and conditions are determined by Care Credit and Cherry, not BB Aesthetic & Wellness.

Gift Cards / Online Gift Cards

  • Gift Cards are non-transferable.
  • Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Gift Cards or e-gift cards purchased through bbaesthetic.com are redeemable for services rendered by BB Aesthetic employees.
  • Promotional gift cards cannot be used for weight loss appointments or services that require labs.

Pre-Buy Units

  • Pre-Buy Units purchased through bbaesthetic.com are redeemable for services rendered by BB Aesthetic employees for a single service labeled on your purchase confirmation.
  • Pre-Buy units may be split and redeemed over multiple visits, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Pre-Buy Limit: one per client.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Pre-Buy units are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash. All Pre-Buy sales are final.
  • Non-transferable.
  • Expiration: Pre-Buy units will expire after 365 days from the date of purchase.
  • Pre-Buy units are not redeemable for any other service other than the one labeled on the purchase confirmation.
  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to halt Pre-Buy sale periods at any time.

Discounts and Promotions

20% New Patient Discount

  • Any 20% card or coupon will only be honored to new clients.
  • If you have been a client at BB Aesthetic in the past, these discounts are not valid.
  • New patient discount cannot be combined with Specials or on promotional gift cards.

10% Off for First Responders, Active Military and Teachers

  • 10% off most services in the office that are not specials, promotional gift cards or pre buys.
  • Cannot be combined with any other offer or transferred.

Telehealth Appointments

Telehealth Weight Loss Appointment Terms & Conditions

Ohio Residents Only: Telehealth weight loss appointments are exclusively available to residents of Ohio.
  • Eligibility: Patients must provide a valid in-state Ohio address at the time of booking.
  • Residency Verification: Proof of Ohio residency is required to schedule and attend telehealth appointments.
  • Acceptable forms of proof include a driver's license or state ID.
  • A utility bill will also be required to prove residency.
  • Appointment Requirements: Failure to provide a valid Ohio address or proof of residency will result in the cancellation of the appointment.
  • Compliance: By booking a telehealth appointment, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions outlined herein.

Referral Program

$50 Referral Credit

For each referral sent to BB Aesthetic & Wellness, we will load your account with $50

  • You must be a current client of BB Aesthetic & Wellness.
  • You must refer a new client who has no existing history with BB Aesthetic.
  • The referred client must spend $250 or more on their first appointment.
  • You and your referral will receive a $50 credit once they purchased a service.

BB Aesthetic & Wellness reserves the right to cancel the referral program at any time.

Shipping Policies

Lost, Stolen, Missing Shipping Policy

  • BB Aesthetic is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or missing packages/items shipped from the office and marked delivered.
  • Please contact FedEx, UPS, USPS or the carrier to locate the package or file a claim.

Third Party Shipping Policy

  • All BB Beauty Shop products are shipped through a third party.
  • If you have not received your package or have an issue with a shipment, you should receive a confirmation email with instructions.

Insurance

BB Aesthetic is a medical spa that does not offer any services that qualify for insurance processing. We do not accept any forms of insurance for any of our services/products. We can supply documentation if you wish to attempt repayment from your insurance company.

Privacy and Media Policy

On-Property Photography, Video, and Audio

  • Due to privacy concerns, photography and recording of any kind is prohibited on BB Aesthetic property without written consent from Management.
  • Violation will result in a ban of the client.
  • Publishing any media that was taken on BB Aesthetic property is also strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate ban of the client.

Online Booking

  • Online booking is a feature we offer to all clients, new and current.
  • Clients have the ability to book, cancel, and reschedule online.
  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to ban clients from booking online.
To prevent getting banned on the online system:
• Do not repeatedly book and cancel appointments. Clients with 4 cancels in a year will have their online booking access blocked.
• Do not book an appointment unless you are absolutely sure you can make the time. You may be blocking another client from booking.
  • Banned clients will not be able to schedule any appointments with BB Aesthetic (In office or Online).
  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to ban and reinstate any customer's online booking privileges for any reason.
  • A valid credit card will be required to book an appointment online.

Acceptable Communication Channels:
• Phone and texting are the ONLY acceptable channels of communication
• Website & social media channels are not monitored regularly and cannot be used to cancel appointments
• Scheduling and canceling via any social media is not permitted (e.g., Instagram DMs, Facebook DMs)

Service Requirements

Photo Identification

  • All clients will be required to show photo identification for any services.
  • No services will be rendered without a proper photo ID.
  • We require all photo IDs to be stored in our system.

Consultations

  • All consultations are complimentary and require a credit card on file.
  • If you no show or late cancel a consultation you will be charged $50 on the credit card on file.

Neurotoxin Touch-ups

  • Additional touch-ups post appointment can occur from 2-4 weeks post appointment. Anything before or after will not be considered a touch-up.
  • A $35 fee may apply.
  • Touch-up fee will be waived if it is determined that BB Aesthetic & Wellness was the cause for the revisit.
  • This determination lies solely with the medical director of BB Aesthetic.

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding

If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you are only permitted to have services that are deemed "Pregnancy Safe"

BB Beauty Bank

Program Commitment & Exit

  • Minimum 3-month commitment required before entering the program.
  • A 30-day notice of intent to exit must be received by email at info@bbaesthetic.com.
  • Banked funds are non-refundable

Banking & Limits

  • Every dollar you pay is banked as credit
  • Beauty Bank discounts cannot be applied to specials or offers marked otherwise.

Incentives

  • Beauty Bank discounts cannot be combined with any other offers.
  • Beauty bank discount cannot be used on specials or where noted otherwise
  • Alle, Evolus, and Aspire discounts can be used with your membership.

General Terms

Pricing

  • BB Aesthetic & Wellness reserves the right to charge the current rate regardless of price history.
  • Prices are subject to change at any time.

Service

  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to refuse treatment on any client, new or current, for any reason for the safety of staff and clients.
  • BB Aesthetic reserves the right to change a client's scheduled provider for any reason.

Returns

• Products purchased in-store cannot be returned once opened
• All skincare sales are final
• No Refunds will be given on treatments, products, or deposits paid
• No Refunds or Exchanges will be given on prescriptive products and services
