Cancellations before 24 hours of appointment date and time will carry a $50 fee. BB Aesthetic reserves the right to charge the card on file for this fee at anytime.
Multiple cancellations may result in patient being responsible for procedure paid in full prior to rebooking or complete ban.

Website, text & social media channels are not monitored regularly. Our phone and after hours answering service is the only acceptable channel of communication.
Scheduling and Canceling via any social media is not permitted. I.E. Instagram DM’s, Facebook DM’s, etc.
Canceling or notice of late arrival VIA SMS Text is not permitted.
